Torisoftt is a software development company established in Ecuador that serves clients in Ecuador, Spain and other countries remotely.

This Legal Notice governs access to and use of the website torisoftt.com. By browsing it, the user accepts the conditions set out here. Users who do not agree should refrain from using the site.

The site is informational and commercial: it presents the web design, mobile app development and custom software services offered by Torisoftt, and allows users to request proposals through forms, email and WhatsApp.

Prices published on the site are indicative starting points and do not constitute a binding offer. The final price of each project is set in the proposal Torisoftt sends to the client after learning their needs, and is fixed in the corresponding service contract.

Unless otherwise stated, prices for clients in Spain are expressed in euros and exclude taxes, as Torisoftt is established outside the European Union.

6. Disclaimer

Torisoftt endeavours to keep the site's information accurate and up to date but does not guarantee the absence of errors or uninterrupted availability. It is not liable for damages arising from use of the site, service interruptions or the contents of linked third-party sites.
