Welcome to Torisoftt's terms of service. By accessing and using our software development services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Torisoftt is a software development company located in Cuenca, Ecuador, specialized in full stack solutions and web and mobile development services.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Torisoftt regarding the use of our services.

Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Full stack web application development

• Mobile application development

• Technology consulting

• UI/UX design

• Software maintenance and support

• System integration

Specific details of each service will be agreed upon in writing in individual contracts with each client.

3.1 Our Commitments:

• Deliver services according to agreed specifications

• Maintain clear and constant communication during development

• Meet established deadlines

• Guarantee code quality and development best practices

3.2 Client Responsibilities:

• Provide clear and accurate information about requirements

• Make payments as agreed

• Review and approve deliverables within established timeframes

• Respect the intellectual property of our work

4.1 Source Code:

Ownership of the source code will be transferred to the client once agreed payments are completed.

4.2 Copyright:

Torisoftt retains copyright over proprietary methodologies, frameworks and tools used in development.

4.3 Client Content:

The client retains all rights to content, data and materials provided for the project.

5.1 Schedule:

• Deadlines will be established in each project contract

• Any modifications must be agreed upon in writing

5.2 Payments:

• A 40% advance payment is required to start the project

• Remaining payments will be made according to agreed milestones

• All prices are established in US dollars (USD)

• Invoices will be issued according to Ecuadorian tax regulations

We commit to:

• Maintain confidentiality of all client information

• Use information only for project purposes

• Implement security measures to protect data

• Not disclose confidential information to third parties

• Sign specific confidentiality agreements when required
